Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces.
Fry the onion and garlic on a little oil and add the chicken.
Season with salt, smoked paprika, cumin and black pepper. Mix and roast until the meat darkens.
Sprinkle with wholemeal semolina and mix. Pour over approx. 3 dcl of water, cover and stew until soft.
When the meat is done, add sour cream. At first, pour a little hot sauce into the cream and then mix the cream with the meat, to prevent it from curdling.
Bring to boil and if necessary, add more salt.
Serve either with homemade dumplings or pasta.
I recommend using as fat sour cream as possible (18%). Versions with lower amout of fat will not make that rich cream sauce. Then you'll need to thicken it more.
