Step 1 – at the bottom of the smaller pot I pour about two centimeters layer of water and let it sink.
Step 2 - I pour chocolate into a glass bowl and put it in a pot of boiling water. The steamer heats the bowl and the warm bowl melts the chocolate. Mix occasionally.
Please, never melt the chocolate on a direct fire, it would fire! And I’m sure, that you don’t want it...
