Cut the loin into thinner slices. I always marinated larger quantity of meat so that we have lunch or dinner for next 2 - 3 days. :-)
Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl and make the marinade.
Dip the steaks into the marinade. Close or cover the bowl, put it into fridge and let marinate at least overnight.
Roast on a pan using little oil for about 3 minutes from each side. Not more is needed, because the meat could get dry.
Because I make these steaks also for children, it is not so spicy. If you want to, you can add to your marinade a little chilli sauce, spicy ketchup, Dijon mustard, ...
You can adjust the quantity of ingredients for the marinade according to your taste and the quantity of meat which you want to marinate.
I always roast just as many steaks as we are going to eat, for lunch for example. I keep the rest in the marinade and make fresh the next day.
The best part is the slightly over-roasted parts, which you need to scrape from the pan! To make sure everyone gets a piece, I drop a little more marinade into the pan and roast it. :-)
