Mix all the dry ingredietns in one bowl. So flour, baking powder, sugar and spices.
Add one grated apple to the dry mixture and stir. The apple will wrap into the flour and therefore will be stirred evenly.
In another bowl whisk milk, butter and eggs.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and mix until it all merges. Then add one dices apple.
Using the icecream scoop fill muffin cups. We will make 18 muffins from this amount of dough.
Bake at oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
You can experiment with spices as you want. Very fancy is also ground clove, or a pinch of ground ginger. Maybe you will like the muffins more after adding gingerbread seasoning.
