Following recipe is a proof of the fact that it doesn't have to be difficult to make a homemade bread. The smell of freshly baked bread is irreplaceable. By adding the white yogurt, the bread has a very smooth middle part.

Ingredients:

300 g white spelt flour

200 g wholemeal spelt flour

1 sachet dry yeast

2 tsp salt

2 tsp milled cumin

1/2 tsp sugar

150 g white yogurt

1 yogurt pack full fat milk

The only thing you need to do is to put all the ingredients into a food processor with a dough hook and make a dough.

If the dough seems to be dry, add a little more milk. Knead the dough until it stops sticking on the walls of the bowl.

Place the dough into a rectangular form (loaf pan) which we have sprinkled with flour beforehand. Cover ant let ferment for at least 30 minutes in a warm place.

When fermented, bake the bread at oven preheated to 230 degrees for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 15 - 20 more minutes.

You will know that the bread is nicely baked by knocking on the bottom part - you should hear a plonk sound.
