First of all prepare mini paprika for baking. Wash and dry them, then cut in a half and throw all the seeds off.
Prepare cheese filling. It is so easy: just mix cottage cheese and grated parmesan together with garlic and pinch of salt and pepper.
Fill all the mini paprikas with cheese spread and sprinkle the top with olive oil.
Bake in the oven over the grill for about 10 minutes or until golden.
The amount of the ingredients depends on the number of paprika you will prepare.
This way you don't have to prepare only classic mini peppers, but for example more spicy jalapeno peppers, or a smaller different vegetables that can be filled.
Of course, you can add some herbs to the cheese spread or season it wiht your favourite seasoning.
